CRM Automation Specialist
This role will be multi-tiered with a focus on CRM development, client management, and digital marketing. From HubSpot, to Salesforce or Pipedrive (we're system agnostic), you'll be expected to develop CRM strategies, and execute the build with the support of the dev team, and other transformation specialists. Client management and digital marketing knowledge is also a component of the role, so it's not a siloed role.

About you
In addition to working on CRMs, you will be exposed to ecommerce automation systems, including integrations such as dynamic ads, websites, and media platforms.
This role is very much about expanding the service pillars, but also bringing your experience and knowledge into the BFJ team.
You will report directly to the Managing Director, and work alongside fellow Channel/Project Managers.
You will work alongside an existing CRM specialist, have the support of a development team and seasoned media specialists so you will learn a lot. This work is already underway, so processes / knowledge exists that you can add to and improve upon.
Client management is also part of the role, as is digital marketing management.

As a technical systems or CRM specialist working for a range of clients and internal team members your experience will include:
CRM Management:
Experience across a broad range of CRM software such as
- Salesforce, Microsoft dynamics, Hubspot, Pipedrive and others.
- Ability to manage developers for API / CRM integrations
- Automation (media / audiences / emails / sms / etc)
Digital marketing
- Performance media experience
- Strong knowledge of Google analytics
- Email marketing experience
